A Client is a Canadian provider of best-in-class IoT gateway sensors and globally deployed applications. Challenge The client develops wireless IoT devices for different outdoor and indoor solutions based on the LoRaWANTM technology. For this task, the client needed manual testing of gateways and customer support specifically for the European region. The large time zone difference between the client and our team was also a challenge. Solution The cooperation is ongoing.
