A British wealth management company with over £100 billion of client funds under management leveraged the Denodo Platform to address challenges from a fractured data landscape and rapidly evolving EU and UK financial regulations, particularly MiFID II. Faced with disparate data in an on-premises legacy warehouse, AWS cloud environments, and various cloud apps (Power BI, Salesforce, Snowflake), the company used Denodo to create virtual data marts that unified client and fund data. This enabled streamlined regulatory compliance by producing critical annual reports containing clients' costs and charges, formatted in XML for their printing systems.
