SOLUTION Due to the longstanding relationship between Transwestern and Giant, Transwestern was retained to represent Giant and create market leverage to ensure the most cost-effective expansion deal possible. RESULTS Susan Kay and Mark Boyce renewed and expanded Giant Food by approximately 32,000 SF in their existing location at 8301 Professional Place. The new long-term deal of 88,496 square feet had an aggregate value in excess of $9 million.
