(the Employer), appointed Brymor to demolish and clear the existing site then subsequently design and construct a 75-bedroom care home, including all associated external works, drainage and services at 123 Barnes Lane, Sarisbury Green, which is a suburb of Fareham. Brymor were required to gain planning approval and discharge all planning conditions as well as achieve full Building Regulations certification.
