Occupier Solutions OPPORTUNITY In order to keep up with the quickly changing needs of the higher education landscape, the Graduate School needed to streamline the space they occupied while efficiently utilizing their most trafficked areas. SOLUTION The Transwestern Leasing and Management Team developed a study to help identify the needs of the Graduate School. By interviewing key stakeholders, they were able to identify integral drivers such as proximity to students, collaborative workspaces, and flexibility.
