Evans Roofing OK80002005 Project Date Feb. 2017 The Project The residence at 2708 N Robinson Street in Oklahoma City is located in the historical Jefferson Park Neighborhood in Oklahoma City’s Uptown District. The neighborhood has been the epicenter of a resurgence of urban revitalization and investment in the city center. The Challenge The structure had been in a state of disrepair due to roof leaks. Additionally the building owner had contracted to have the roof “sloped” by another roofing company. The contractor framed a rain roof above the flat roof and pitched the deck into the perimeter parapet walls without providing roof drains.
