Location: Newcastle Contract Period: 18 Weeks Services: We have refurbished the offices to a high standard throughout and converted the roof space into office accommodation, where original roof trusses and brick work enhance the character to the space. Works included alterations to the 3rd Floor to form additional office space in the roof void and replacement of the lift with structural alterations to take the lift to the 3rd floor. Notable features throughout include LED lighting, air-conditioning and feature coving. We are really pleased to be given the opportunity bring this property back to life. 26 MOSLEY STREET
