The Client Liverpool City Council have redeveloped a late Victorian, early Edwardian former school building into a conference centre in the heart of Toxteth. Toxteth Annexe retains its strong community links, offering excellent facilities for professionally managed events. The Challenge The building required heating that would be effective during opening hours while not incurring additional costs when the premises are closed for business.
