The challenge To build a 13 storey hotel in the Leeds City centre in between the Leeds Canal and the Leeds City Central railway station. Access to site via single lane road over a bridge with a restrictive weight limit. The site also had no external storage facilities, requiring in a ‘just in time’ logistics strategy for deliveries. Our Approach An open and collaborative approach to programme and cost allowed the client to incorporate relatively late changes to their corporate branding, while providing certainty with regard to the opening date. This enabled them to market the property for bookings with confidence.
