The move to SolarWinds, including tools like Network Performance Monitor and Server & Application Monitor, allowed the retailer to consolidate IT monitoring, reducing complexity and costs, particularly in administration and legacy tool support, with the suite easier to manage and more user-friendly compared to the open-source tools it replaced.
