BREATHING NEW LIFE INTO THE PAST Orginially built in 1916, 1100 Ludlow first’s life was as the men’s annex of the Snellenburg & Company department store, before becoming the first home of the Community College of Philadelphia. 1100 Ludlow has been resurrected yet again into a mixed-use building ready to meet the needs of the 21st century.
